Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Order cancellation requests must be placed before the product is shipped.
  2. Once the product is shipped, cancellation will not be allowed through the website.

Return Policy:

  1. Return/Exchange is available only for selected Eau De Parfum and Perfume products.
  2. Return eligibility details and duration are mentioned on the product page and may be modified without prior notice.
  3. If pickup service is not available at your location, customers must self-ship the product to our office address.
  4. Return/Exchange charges may apply depending on the reason for return.

Refund Policy:

  1. Refund requests are accepted only in the following cases:
  • Damaged or leaking product
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Manufacturing defect
  1. Once the returned product is picked up and verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original mode of payment.

Important Notes for Return:

  • Perfume/Eau De Parfum must be unused, unopened, and sealed.
  • Products with broken seals, leakage, or signs of usage will not be accepted due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging with labels intact.
  • Customized, personalized, or gift-set perfumes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Minor variations in fragrance, color, or packaging are not considered defects.
  • Return/Exchange requests not raised within the specified return period (refer product page) will not be accepted.
